Mindful Arrivals Course

 

Our Mindful Arrivals – Pre-birth Preparation course developed by Donna Person and Claire-Louise Symonds is an 8 week course using the building blocks of mindfulness meditation and movement, relationship and attachment theory and solution focused practice.

 

This course supports you to understand and prepare for labour, birth and early parenting.

 

A variety of mindfulness practises are taught throughout the 8 weeks to help you mentally and physically access a calm position of readiness and attunement with yourself and your baby while maintaining healthy minds and relationships for the rest of your lives.
